Drinking lots of water every day, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Staying hydrated plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with application of liitlleextraa cocoonian shampoo plus hair oil. This worked well and my hair fall decreased by a good 95 percent.

I am using Liitlleextra Cocoonioon shampoo since 5 months now and have used 3 bottles so far. Pros: 1. It feels natural. 2. My hair feels great after washing, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil. 3. Hair fall has significantly decreased over time. 4. Scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff. Cons: 1. Doesn't produce much lather, so you may need to use a little more product. 2. When I apply a lot of oil, I notice my hair remains somewhat sticky after washing, and a slight residue of oil can still be felt.

Summary for non hindi/urdu people 1: grate onion medium 2. Strain into juice 3. Add 2 teaspoon castor oil 4. Use spray bottle or cotton. Dip into the onion n castor oil mixture. Apply only on roots. Not on the hair Apply front and back hair line. Specially near thinning hair area. 5. Tie hair loose in a pony tail. Wear shower cap. Leave for 1 hr and wash. Repeat this three times a week. Continue until u feel u have enough growth and less hair fall

You are gifted with the ability to appreciate and spread knowledge about so many blessings upon us from allah which we either don't realize or just ignore. I thank you for all your time and efforts to help. I subscribed to your channel just yesterday when I came across your video while I was searching for remedies to stop hairfall and start hair growth. My hair fall started more than 5 years ago. I originally had so much hair that people were envious but now I barely have hair on my front and very less in the back. I can literally see my scalp in the front and it's at the point where when I have to wash my hair I'm afraid it will be the last of my hair.. My hairline has receded alot and the skin on those spots has become smooth as it seems hair will not grow there again. I notice few different kinds of remedies all with onion as a main ingredient. Can you please suggest which specific remedy will suit me? With neem/or fenugreek seeds/or kalonji powder/or Castor oil.....etc. which one will give me faster results before I lose all of whatever hair is left. Also, I try to stay away from onions as much as possible even during cooking but you have encouraged me to give it a try with using drops of essential oill(unless you have a suggestion for something other than onion 😃) but my second question is will the smell go away after shampooing? And third question is that my hair is curly but is unbelievably frizzy and dry. I am overwhelmed by watching so many different remedies for same issues and they all make sense but don't know which one to use. ? And 4th and the last question is which oils to use for oiling?

I'll advise people that if they're suffering from hair fall for an extensive period of time, they should consult a doctor. Hormonal issues must be addressed by a physician. Do not self medicate.
