Fresh lena is good but mushroom itself is a fungus so no worries agar kala pad jaye to wash krke use kr lijiye Also mushroom ko use krne se pehle 15-20 min dhoop me rakha kren is se us me mojood vit D ka content badhta h

Though made with maida, Malabar porotta and bun porotta differ in their mode of cooking. Bun porotta puffs up like a bun. Hence the name. Whereas Malabar porotta is flat and layered. The dish you've made is wheat porotta. Due to its size it is also called coin wheat porotta.😊
