Sierra I'm born and raised up north, but I've been in Bama for the last 18 years and it doesn't matter where you're from if you can cook , you can cook. Fun fact, most northerners are from the south. My grandmother was born and raised in GA and moved the north so you can't judge a cook by their accents. And some southerners can't cook. That's not dirt on the rice it's starch. I said all that to say I'm getting your cookbook 😊

I’m New Yorker and I can cook my ass off! Hands down! Some of the best Chefs in the world are from NYC. I love this channel but you gotta be careful about making broad statements about people. That’s like saying all black people like watermelon and fried chicken or all Mexicans like Tacos. You can take different techniques from different places and cultures. Diversity is what makes your food unique. I’m impressed when people can cook global dishes. Not just Northern and Southern. Just saying!
