how hard is this book, I'm looking for something that's intermediate to advanced. I don't want to accidently buy paired down arrangements for like, little kids.

it’s hard enough that each piece would take a solid month of practice, but when sight reading the first few times the songs are still enjoyable to play. just enough challenge to keep a fairly skilled musician engaged :)
