Awesome, thanks for sharing your booking hack, however that site is full on Japanese and not clear on the faq page you linked if that specific package is available for non residents, they say most of their services are but then...anyways good tip, a deep dive thru other agencies may yield something or the hotel directly.

It's disappointing that international tourists can only book the warehouse. Not sure if it's worth the time travelling from Osaka just for that if we can't go to the dondoko forest 🙁

I think they’re still just testing out how to make the system better (considering the logistics, crowd control, etc.). Actually, even for local tourists it’s already hard. During my first visit, I could also only go to the warehouse (lottery ticket). I think it’s okay to just visit the warehouse (the best of all areas) + free areas in the park for now. I got overwhelmed & couldn’t cover the entire warehouse during the first visit too. 😆❤️

The Donguri store has more variety but less exclusive items than Ghibli Park. Still worth the visit! They have multiple branches across Japan.
