I hate how people are always trying to "modify" Ghibli music. There's nothing better than the original one for Ghibli. It doesn't have the same feeling if you jazz it up or lofi it

I sort of feel the same, the original is so good. Like crazy good. But occasionally a jazz, or some lofi is interesting to throw on. Although this is perfect

The originals are beautiful works of art, but I think innovating on a fantastic base is a legitimate artistic practice. I adore all of this music, but I also adore the jazz café versions and lo-fi versions. They can suit different moods, be less intrusive when one wants more of a background mood. To paraphrase a Chinese proverb, "Let a hundred flowers bloom, a thousand adaptations of music contend!"

The original is amazing, but it's because stuff like this is amazing that people get inspired to make more of it so whenever someone makes a remix you know who it was that inspired them to pursue music in the first place.

Spirited away is one of the first movies I saw in my life. When it first released or maybe a few years later my father bought a cd player and a cd of this movie(I am not old I am genz ). I fell in love. And my father bought the whole movie collection for me. It was a bonding time for me and my father. We watched it together. Listening to these bought back alot of memories.

Bro, Ghibli music is so nostalgic. I dunno why i kinda feel emotional and easy to just straight on tear up. I knew lofi music wasn't for me... I needed ghibli music to listen while i study!
