Hey! do have some video on the plastic usage (reduction) in Singapore(in the hawker scene etc) Singapore isn’t like Japan where people have to keep their thrash for specific day to RECYCLE ! so what ever plastic/recyclable materials don’t get properly recycled unlike japan.

Journalling really does help a lot. I do kawaii journalling. Haha! Been doing it for years. Reading definitely is a good habit too. Other than books, I read webtoon, manga, tapas too. When reading, I always get suck into the world. Crying, getting angry, falling in love, everything together with the protagonist.. so I always choose properly which story to read 😄

My daily life here Monday to Friday working Woke up at 7 am , leave home at 7.20 travel to work place . 8.30 am work till 8 plus or 9 plus . Saturday- do house chores Sunday - attend church and makan outside then go home . Malls here are identical so no where to go also .
