As a pwofeshunal ultralight combatant, I can offer you one tip: The ultralight's gun in 3rd person is extremely inaccurate. However, if you enter 1st person, and THEN switch to the gun, you get no bullet spread. ¬w¬

It’s funny because the ultralight actually has a really powerful gun for some reason it’s just someone thought it was a good idea to make the X button the fire button but you have to aim with the right stick.

The ultralight barely has any yaw, so make yaw exclusive for unequipped weapon or on the ground. Shooting while being able to move your aim point is essential in anything thst involves shooting

I 100% wouldn't mind if it got an explosive cannon. Give it the properties of the Rogue's explosive cannon and make it $500k but let it retain the amazing gimbal that the minigun has. Maybe give it a larger blast size but fast damage dropoff and only a 2 hit kill if they're at the center of the blast

You know, some months ago, (or maybe a year?), they gave away Ultralights for Free. Sure, you needed a Hangar first, but you could get this little beauty for free! Don't worry about it being hard to land, it's not an issue if you stay in the air until you die.

4 minutes in and just have to make a note. The ultralight is a hidden treasure, that turret you're firing fires the same ammo type as the ak47 which is by default a better option to use against vehicles minus mk 2 special ammo and explosives -- in terms of regular bullets. Now for the ak47, it seems like the closer you are the more damage you deal. Of course there's damage falloff but with this weapon it's inconsistent and dramatic against vehicles , if memory serves me correctly. The ultralight on the other hand? I honestly don't think the rounds fired from it have damage falloff. Just bullet spread. At anyrate, the reason why I'm typing all of this, I use to use the ultralight to fk pilots. Jets, helicopters -- whether you're forgiven or not is between you and God if a ultralight finds you in a car. And you might as well go ahead and put a coin in your mouth if it's a Benny's.

I always go around in my Ultralight and I just land it on a road and drive through the city like a normal vehicle. Usually it results in someone bowling through me with their supercar, or throwing a sticky. Many times I've been attacked by jets too. At least even with turrets on it, you can still go passive.

The ultralight is also MUCH faster then the jets, i raced two friends of mine at maximum altitude and i eventually surpassed them 5 seconds after they punched the gas the turning tho its very different😅

Not even just for oppressors, but it would make it a much more viable option. Ideally, I'd say explosive like the B-11, that way it's still useable, but not obnoxiously OP. And considering that unless you're on PC/M&K, it's not the easiest thing to aim. (Unless you go to settings to mess with your sens, since for some reason vehicle guns like this use look sens which is not good when higher, at least for trying to maintain accuracy. Plus the pointless bouncy-ness/camera shake when shooting. Like sure it would realistically, but it's a video game and has enough annoying shit.)

Considering what else exists, the fact that you're not escaping any kind of missiles with it, you're slow enough that you can really just get shot out without it getting destroyed, it doesn't turn well at all, and it's only factor would be going slow for off radar and weak explosive rounds, that's not going to pull any griefers really. Think about it, the rogue exists. Has bombs, countermeasures, two seats, explosive cannons, missiles, and can take some hits. (Personally I've never liked the plane very much. Too clunky and heavy) But hardly anyone uses it, griefer or otherwise. I see you're point, as I'm sure others do. But that's not how things work in the game.

if you have the muffled prop you don't have to stop the engine to go off the radar, you can idle it and it will still be off the radar.

its even harder to hit on pc cause to fly stuff we need both our hands on keyboard thats the reason most pc players are shit dogfighters casue we cant move the camera while flying and cant even see our opponent 80% of the time for that we need to touch mouse, i have extra buttons on mouse so i have transferred some of the keys to mouse now i can fly with 1 hand on keyboard maybe I can use ultralight.

@@Laranj89 true but to fly a jet on PC you need access to 9 different keys all time (not even counting the ones for changing weapons, camera etc) and not everyone have extra buttons on mouse (to change keybind) even those who have its kinda hard to learn to fly with mouse and controlling 7-8 keys with 1 hand

If you use the unarmed slot, you can go first person while flying, from there you can switch to the gun. You can't go first person when your using the gun, but you can go first person using the gun.

For some reason, the Ultralight does not have a collision on its wings, however bullets can still collide with. Also the Gibal 7.62 Turret is an extremely powerful weapon that is heavily nerfed due to it being also impossible to aim with. Also its easier to shoot the Gibal in first person as it shoots where you look at.

On console it's rather difficult to press circle to shoot and move the camera. However, I came up with an idea by changing the buttons in the accessibility menu on the PS...replace circle with L1 for much better control.

After a certain update, they've messed up the camera angle of the gimbal turret in relation to the aircraft on the screen & never bothered to fix it... Now most of the time the reticule/line of sight is just blocked by the aircraft...

It might have no hit box and One shot jets out the sky but trying to get that aim onto the jet is an absolute challenge you have to be skilled to do that on Xbox 😂I wouldn’t be able to nowadays, I haven’t played gta for months, cos of fifa and now Forza Horizon 5. Great video tho man.
