In previous COD MWII, Ghost was a team player all the time and was more of a regular soldier like everyone else. But Ghost in COD MWII now is the real deal, the skilled and deadliest of them all, a Sigma, sometimes team player, a real Ghostman.

They seem to be going more into a direction of merging the "Black Ops" and "Modern Warfare" Universes together, so I don't think a Ghost Unit (as in the way it was in "CoD: Ghosts") would even make sense. This is the kind of work that the Black Ops Unit would take care off.

I love this campaign, but I’ve always wondered: 1: How is it that a PMC outfit like Shadow Company is trained better than legitimate military operatives? Even if they were ex-mil, it’s hard to imagine that they all have the training and capabilities to top 141? 2: why did Soap toss the empty gun during the betrayal scene? Sure it’s empty, but I’d imagine you could use it as a blunt object to take out enemy operators?

The New MW is literally meant to play out the same Story, just differently. And so far it does that, in a way that makes far more sense. So yeah, no sh_t they betrayed us. Did you also think that Shepard would now be your BFF ? On the other side, you have the fact that Ghost and Roach don't die at the end, and Shepard isn't a bog-standard "Bad guy" (instead he has realistic motivations and approach to the situation).
