Ghost Chairs Teaser Trailer

This extremely rare teaser trailer for the fifth installment of the Ghost Chair franchise ("Ghost Chairs") was attached to prints of now-forgotten horror film "The Tretchers", which opened in April of 1985 . It was pulled from circulation almost immediately following a copyright infringement lawsuit by Universal Pictures and the Hitchcock Estate. A more conventional theatrical trailer was released later that summer.
This is believed to have been Perle Van Horne's final appearance on film before his mysterious disappearance and presumed death in January of 1986.
