Exemplaire! Ce groupe est "exemplaire"! Si on ne voit que la magnétique & louvoyante Lucy S. (un envoutement qu'on n'avait plus vu depuis Siouxie), c'est bien Sean D. qui est "devant" (un dieseliste rythmique baroque & inspiré, silhouette sautillante & altruiste qui me rappelle furieusement le trop mésestimé Vince Clark -- j'ai 60 ans! -- figure hyper-inventive du premier "depeche mode" et du sans lendemain "Yazoo", qu'on moquait rituellement en tant que "fils de coiffeuse péquenaude"... A tort, forcément puisqu'il fut la "bande son" de nos vies!) Et puis... Et puis... Un "beau groupe"! Dans ce "chez eux", dans ce "couloir" qui leur sert de studio et de scène... Dispositif étrange & anti-rock, salutairement! Un truc unique et tellement bien pensé! Un "truc" à ce point accompli que j'en viens, moi le petit français, à désirer un disque avec une pochette où l'ultra-baudrillardien Patrick Bouvet, ferait un ultime poème de présentation dudit disque! Mais quoi, je le sais : le paradis, hélas, n'est pas "sur Terre"... Je résume : un "beau groupe"! Vraiment! Bonne continuation new-yorkaise à Vous Deux... Salutations aux autres, à toutes & tous! VV
