Yes but Opus was written by Tobias Only, and performed by him fully (except for the drumming) all you hear is tobias on opus. So technically same band as imperium was mostly written by tobias with help from the Opeth Guitarist and probably some other help. I would say same band, they just like to change their sound with every release
