Interesting point on the "Ghost Engineers". Ultimately, employing engineers/anyway should be based on results/actions (not hours/screen time, that is from the Industrial revolution/factory work). If Person A is very efficient/smart and can get a task done in 2 days, why should they be "punished" with more random tasks (and no incentive). When Person B is "Slow" and thus has to take 1 week for the same task. Ultimately employees should be given clear goals/tasks and allowed to execute in the what time fits best (aslong as before a deadline). The "customer" of the Apple IPhone doesn't care how many hours one worked on the design/only the design. This issue never happens in "Sales" as its based on results and comission bonus is given.

He understands A.I., computer systems, coding, financing, the market, has been a CEO and a boss. He knows what does and does not work when running a business. He'll bring fresh ideas and new ways of doing things to DC. I hope he helps protect the internet and the providers by supporting ideas that strengthen the ways they operate. Protecting freedom of expression will require clarifying what that means. What is and what is not protected speech? If they're going to pass legislation, definitions must be detailed and clearly stated.
