The meaning behind the giant is quite something... Here is what I think it means (Maybe spoilers if you didn't watch the vid?) The ghost is a manifestation of Louis confidence of being able to do something. Like the "I can do this just like a grown up!" mentality... That's why you shrink down at these two moments... It's Louis confidence dropping. Now he doesn't feel like a grown up anymore... It also shows how hard it can be for some to try and seek help. Trying to fix it themself only to get worse and worse... That's why it is never wrong to find and accept help from others.

A little bit when I first started playing VR games. If you play until you feel it a bit then stop, and do that over and over, you'll find that you're able to play longer and longer. Before you know it, you'll be playing for hours without any problems.
