I'm trying to figure out what's watching us from upstairs... I also love the way the guy who's sweeping behind the front desk could be a ghost, orrrr a janitor who's cranky because he's having to work on a nasty, stormy night during a power outage, and had been crashed by a group of twitchy, freaked-out ghost hunters on top of that. I hope you have an excellent Halloween season (because if that isn't a thing, it should be)!

At least the candles will provide some light for us as we explore in groups. We should always have our weapons and equipment ready to deploy immediately and we should minimize our battery usage; so we should switch our flashlight settings to no more than 50 lumens, which should be sufficient for such confined spaces. Perhaps hot beverages will help to warm us on this cold and stormy night. I have brought a SPAS 12, an m9 Beretta, a survival knife, 3 days worth of rations, paracord, wire saws, an entrenching tool, wrenches, bolt cutters, screwdrivers, a prybar, a claw hammer, stone chiseles, lighters, a multimeter, and medical supplies. Perhaps we may find some interesting records in this facility even if they are faded and jaundiced.
