Ghost Interview, a Nameless Ghoul

Metal Insider contributor Riley Rowe interviewed a Nameless Ghoul from Ghost on tour. He spoke about the band's evolving image, their lyrical content, and whether the actual Pope could front the band.

Omega is, hands down and without a doubt, my favourite ghoul. Not only do his eyes make me flutter, but his intellect on philosophy, knowledge on music and aspiring success is next to none. Love this band and their members so much :3

Well Omega has a very distinct voice. Pretty much everyone in the band does. Plus the rings he wears can tell you right away who he is. He's also the tallest.

+donovan pangetti His eyelids are black because he painted them to be Papa. This isn't omega. I've met Omega and his voice sounds nothing like this. It's Papa. This was most likely before/after they went on stage and he quickly threw on this outfit for the interview.

I like how in all the interviews with ghost that I have watched, they seem to have a more optimistic idea about God or a god. Just goes to show. It is show business. It's kind of cool actually.

They must get tired of the same questions. If I was doing a freelance interview, I'd ask about their bus driver, and how they stay anonymous with people that must see them unmasked, and avoid someone exposing them. The fringe stuff, as opposed to obvious questions. I do like that Omega reads a lot. He's fully aware of our 'devolution' as a species, from watching other interviews. Beyond return.....screwed. Would love to sit and chat with the guy.

How disrespectful to hold an interview in such a place where you can hear all that background jamming... come on Metal Insider, you couldn't have found a soundproofed room, or even a conference room bit further away? Yet the guys from *Ghost* are always so kind, understanding, polite, respectful & above all CLASSY... no matter what situation you put them in - from kids interviews, to this sort of thing where they can barely hear themselves think!

I know this is an old interview but I've been trying to find out when Omega stopped being on the tour. When the band plays live with Papa,Alpha,& Omega and the ghoul water as bass their stage show presence is electric. absolutely energizing, sexy, fun. Why did they change it up? they don't feel like a cohesive unit anymore. Please !!! bring back that line up.

He is very well spoken. Honestly, this interveiw consisted of a lot more compelling questions than what I'm used to watching. Like they only ask One Direction if they're single or something like that. And I find it very flawed. But whoever these people are, they have me very curious....I've only listened to one of their songs, but it's alluring, almost. I like the style. I like it a lot. I'm going to look more into this band, though. Very intelligent, the rhetoric is phenominal. All in all, I enjoy them xx

Best incarnation of Ghost I think was around 2014-2016.. they sounded so tight and everything was in time,... Now they added two additional musicians and they're all different ghouls.. don't sound as good
