I thought about doing this because I do marketing and branding kits for them to start quickly and thought to help displaced chefs do personal cheffing but in these ghost kitchens or virtual menu as you put it. But wondered if they would not have finances to start because wouldnt they need insurance or can they simply rent commercial cooking space from existing restaurants?
