Not really a strat pouring oil on someone and then lighting them on fire, it was actually a dirty way of fighting, wow, using a strat against 1 samauri in the beginning, thats a pussy way to fight, just saying.

I am laughing my ass off at the "reverse samurai movie" aspect of the language choice. I had to rewatch a few cutscenes, but it is obvious from the "plosives", Ps and Bs, and from the timing of the mouth movements... The animations are for english, lol. It is the complete reverse of the 60's english over dub. Sooo good!

for the first 11 minutes this game is a visual masterpiece with a breathtaking atmospheric environment and outstanding water graphics you can see the water drops from the forehead of the characters. Incredible. Even In 26:30 the reflection of the sword in his face is truly amazing. I have never seen a videogame that cares this much about the genuine art that exudes the landscape and the objects and environments

NDZ I think it’s cause the lip syncing was made for English dub,since the game was made by western developers, but I haven’t played the game on English yet so it might just be bad lip syncing, but I doubt that lol

That's awesome there is a Kurosawa mode. He was one of the pioneers of japanese cinema in the 60s if I recall. George Lucas took inspiration from him when creating Star Wars.

The english translation for the subtitles take away from the colorful language whenever the samurai speak. Too bad there isn't a natural sounding english version of this. Really enjoying this so far. Beautiful game!

After playing Sekiro and Nioh 2 (100+ hours) this year I didn't really look forward to this, generally not a fan of Arkham style combat. But SkillUp's review sold me, pre-ordered and ready to play in 3.5 hours from now on.

It's not even close to Arkham combat, you can't chain off combos, fly back and forth, the aiming is hella precise and kinda tedious at times, enemies can die in one hit at times if parried or gaurd is broken, in Arkham you would have to fill a meter to preform a takedown, in this you don't, so stop comparing this combat to Arkham style combat, you obviously have no freaking idea what kind of combat this is

I'm sure someone has already said this, either on this video or a future one, but the Devs did intend English to be the main language, not Japanese. I know finding information about it is a bit difficult, so if it's hard to believe, just look at the lip sync with the Japanese audio.
