Remember that "Menthol", the ingredient in toothpaste that makes it "minty", will actually make the capascin oil (the "spicy") MUCH WORSE. You need something oily and fatty like milk or peanut butter.

I believe in Food Theory, they tried peanut butter, and it actually made it sort of stick to their mouths, even if the butter was relieving a little bit

I love Arin moving his whole body to shake the water around before gulping it as if swallowing a watermelon. My favorite part has to be Shower Arin That Needs A Toothbrush though.

Poor arin. I remember when I had a ghost pepper; it was a sauce and I had literally 3 drops on a stick (it was a "try me" thing to taste before you buy). I ended up wheezing in the store and making funny faces for 2 mins as I tried to ask the girl at the desk for some water. I did offer to pay for it ofc but she said it was okay while she was laughing; Probably made her day :p
