Ghost Recon Breakpoint Recon Mastery Perk

About 4,000 experience in 4 minutes just from scanning a base. If you don't equip recon mastery before scouting, or have it equipped 100% of the time, especially before player level 30, you should. That 50 extra exp per scan is massive when entering a new base, and should be one of the first perks you unlock.

I'm not sure what you mean. To use the drone I believe it is just Up on the D-Pad. Recon Mastery is one of the equippable skills you unlock from leveling up. If you look at your character screen, it is the 3 squares near the top left. Just make sure you select Recon Mastery after unlocking it as one of the 3, and then just put enemies inside or near the center of your crosshair in the middle of the screen to scan them.
