Absolutely love the MK14 Assault - just like you said, powerful and precise. It’s got decent range, and fills many roles. One shot body kills to sentinels. If fully alerted maybe 2 or 3. The G28/M110 comes close and are fine weapons as well, but I like the MK14 Assault better

Im in shock m14 DMR isnt in top 10... I play on hardest dificulty and cary only 1 primary weapon. M14 DMR is sniper and assault rifle in 1 package. And is only DMR that has automatic fire. I mainly used m110, but after i tried m14, i never went back. Ive came to this video to check weapons to switch a bit, but replacing m14 DMR with anything from this list, feels like chopping one arm off.

I always carry a 4-AC (AR) or MP5 (SMG) for close to middle distance encounters, a silenced TAC-50 with a 10 round mag and maxed out range for sniping, for stealth I always go with the M1911, an unbeatable handgun. Honestly, for sniping I was undecided between the G28 (Scout) and the TAC-50, but when you absolutely must go for a one shot one kill, the choice is obvious.

Great content! Interesting results. Since this video, the M110 has replaced the G28 Wilderness for me as my preferred 7.62 ammo weapon, and DMR that I typically use as my secondary. Although, I’m waiting to be able to try the AC-AR once I hit level 80. I’m anticipating it will out perform the 805 Bren. For my primary, I keep swapping between 4-AC and M4A1 (if I want to play with a grenade launcher). Love the sound of the M4A1! For all purpose ASRs, IMO, they seem to be the 2 best in terms for DPS, versatility, and ease of use. It’s been my experience that they outperform the other popular ASR choices (416, K1A, etc.) If I run an SMG, it’s always with Panther class. Honey Badger is king but operates basically like a ASR. I find the Vector with 50 round mag is the king of close quarters and is supper fun and sometimes, I’ll pair it with a Honey Badger with a range and accuracy buffed. Need the 50 round mag with it being such a bullet hose. MP-7 is great alternative choice for close quarters if you prioritize fast movement. I don’t really play much with Sniper riffles, but when I do, it’s the TAC-50. I feel that the DMRs simply outperform them for their designed purpose. Pistol of choice is the M1911, extended mag with 25 m auto marking and range buff. I really only draw it to finish off an enemy up close or if I’m running Echelon class. I’ve found the best 2 weapon buffs are 25 metre auto-marking and a range. If not range, then accuracy. What’s been your experience? For those who play with gear score, viewer voted best weapon buffs could be another video idea. All the best and keep up the great work!

FAL ended up being my go to ASR when I bought the blueprint. I think it sounds great both silenced and regular and has great range, accuracy, and rate of fire. Before that I was using the Tavor bc the stats were always above all the others

For AR's I pick between Fal, k1A, 416. For pistols it's between M1911, 5.7 USG, USP tactical. And for secondary weapon it's either the tac50(sniper) or the m4 shorty(shotgun)

yeah, im a dmr guy, the moment the M110 arrived it was instant love. no love for my secondary weapon tough in the polls? the vector shorty...thing shoots like a laser beam,high mobility, and you can slam a goddam grenade launcher on it, making it very unique for an smg. to combat those pesky helicopters! great video!

The Honey badger isn't an SMG. SMG's fire a 9mm pistol round. The Honey Badger is an AR15 type rifle.

Well with over 1500 hours logged in this game, I have used every weapon known for at least an hour or so. In the end my choices are: The Tac 50............powerful, has great range, and is just as fast as you are. Best sniper in the game. The Vector Shorty(or the MP7) The vector fires 1200 rpm and simply burns enemies down. Has great mobility and OK range out to around 130 meters. The MP7 is just a tiny bit more mobile, and is also a sound choice for a Darkest Night Base clear. The good ole 1911 pistol rounds out the loadout. Better damage, and does have extreme range for a pistol. Class..........well there are two, Panther or Echelon. I lean towards Panther as the quick action headshot pistol works sometimes, and sometimes not in the Echelon class, the ability for each is kinda never used, enemies mark themselves when they alert and smoke bomb is never used other than for class challenge rank. Also on extreme you cannot mark enemies anyway........so.....Panther it is for the no penalty for silencer on smg and hg. If you like an assault rifle, the 4AC, or whatever it is called, something like that is the best one I have found. Never use it, but do like it. Cheers Kit

I never hear people talking about the VSK-50 sniper rifle. It’s my favorite and paired with an mp7 it’s my favorite combo. I have panther and sharpshooter both at level 20

As a primary Echelon player, I 100% this choice. I snipe for almost everything and this and the TAC-50 Brown (Night/Day Ops) are my favorites. It's and insane weapon. I prefer running the Echelon SMG to the MP7, but I'm just glad to see someone else giving this rifle some love.

Here's a Tip for all of you based on my own facts and experience playing endless hours of Ghost!! I have been told after researching online that one of the best Assault Rifles was the "K18" but after using the "xx200" something? I cannot recall the first 2 letters. But it's the only one with the "200" on it found as a higher power AR that is pretty average well balanced all round except the slow rec oil. Once you have all the skills opened on the board! It will automatically enable you too craft Master Weapon skills for 5 points each for Handling, Accuracy, Mobility, Unfortunately not >DMG, or Ranges! It will allow you bonuses to each which can be reset anytime depending on which weapon your using, which it way cool. However it will cost 10 points instead of 5 for any Mastery Bonuses past any 2nd upgrade. I haven't done anything past that yet myself, so I don't know if it will cost even more points to upgrade further! As for my Knowledge of Ammo Types and DMG! Let me just say this... I don't see much of a difference between using any of the listed weapons under Assault Rifles, trying them all I only noticed most either have a (slower RPM with medium DMG) or (faster RPM with lower DMG) which basically makes me believe that a slow RPM but powerful Rifle is no better than a faster RPG less DMG Rifle!! I don't see that it makes much of a difference except the handling will become the main focus factor involved. Weather or not the Weapon constantly jumps all around when firing on auto. or stays steady!! You can't kill what you can't hit.

3rd day of owning this game I can't believe I hadn't found it sooner, I play cod quite a lot but I've mastered it now fully ranked every camo for every weapon so I'll wait until mw3 now, I picked this up with 80% off so it cost next to nothing, this hands down puts cod to shame , in realism mode when you turn off the arcadey feel WOW very impressive, excellent with your friends or even if you play alone your still going to have a good time, this was love at first snipe 👍

I think many people are missing out on a hidden gem K1A! It is almost a DMR with almost a SMG Handling. Sounds "Average" by saying that but as just an ASR you are talking on par with 4-AC. Just try it out and see for yourself. Run the Digital Scope and you will feel like it is the only weapon you need for every type of engagement. For me the best part is that you can use the Micro Dot sight on this gun like a SMG. Pair it with a M110 and you are going to love it!

Awesome job on the videos! I really enjoy them. Been loving the MK17 Assault and Shorty variants-so accurate and powerful. And they sound so good especially when going loud. Just tap on the Assaults trigger to keep it tame. Both can use Mawl-DA (great for over the shoulder mode) and the Assault boasts 42 dmg, while the Shorty does 39. Both can take down sentinels with a single body shot when unsuppressed. Great for taking down helicopters too. Any votes for them?

The 416 ASR and The M110 (SR25? I think?) I'm very pleased to see them on here. Both are easily solid weapon platforms to use in game. My two points I would like to add, I'm kind of sad the VHSD2 (Springfield Hellion) didnt make it but I am curious how far up it would rank. Secondly, The M4A1 is nice but The M4 CQC, with it's more compact look was a absolute shredder and I love it, Very stable and good range in single short. Nice video even though I'm late lol

Why does no one ever mention the Tavor? The first gun I started with (I think everyone does?) and it’s stats are way better than most guns yet no one mentions it. People love ARs. Since this game is pretty much about using your favorites (as stats don't affect your ability to complete the game too much) I think people just overlook it. I'm always using the Tavor assault with a grenade launcher. It does so much, cqb, long range, anti helicopter etc. And high damage output.

@@shaesims9360 Taking the suppressor off only matters in PVP or if you're spotted (which let's face it, this isn't the best game for either) so dmg and rate of fire isn't terribly important. Hell, you can beat most levels with a pistol. What matters are all of the other stats which the AUG and Tavor have in spades.

Aug for me is great because it fits perfectly into the sniper play style as I can run it with a ugl (it should be able to have a M203 don’t know why the devs think it can’t use one) and compensator as my “hot” weapon for when I screw up my stealth And it’s perfect with the short barrel as it fits into what a snipers loadouts can look like in real life with 2 long guns, as usually the second rifle will be a carbine or other short system like a bullpup

Good list. All are great weapons, but yeah the M-110 is ridiculously good. I liked the G-28 a lot, but it pales in comparison. I'm kind of surprised no AK variants or shotguns made the list. Pity we won't be getting the M-5 6.8mm to play with.

@@romans_1202 I get you, they seem so similar in caliber, purpose, design, the stat bars are really similar. The 110 seems to handle better, and I'm definitely more accurate and at longer ranges with it, it also seems much better up close than the G-28 to me.

@@coriolass that’s cool. I sometimes wonder if the game behaves differently for different people. I know sometimes I use a weapon and note it’s performance but then later it seems to perform differently than I remember it. I know sometimes the stats will glitch and show higher damage at times, then later I look and go woah that’s not what it said before. I did some more testing with the M110/G28 this morning, from 220 meters to 280. They performed really similar for me. I did notice the burst from the 110 seems slightly tighter. Both had a slight bullet drop from those ranges. In a combat though, these guns rock. They feel so precise and the bullets feel like they travel with a higher velocity compared to my ASR (MK17) with the same caliber 7.62 But it’s all fun. Glitches and all. Love this stuff

@@romans_1202 I have also noticed some variance in performance from time to time, was never sure if it real or just in my mind. Yes both the 28 and the 110 are absolute beasts, with a bit of time to get used to either they feel surgically precise and hit like bricks. I've been playing Ghost since the the first game, it's fair to say I love it too. Some of my favorite times of late have been playing this with my son (since Future Soldier), it's been awesome to watch him surpass me in skill.

I can’t stand the Scorpio Scout. You say “It’s just so accurate”, when that statement couldn’t be further from the truth. The gun shoots where you’re aiming maybe 4 out of 10 shots. The other 6 go everywhere but where you’re aiming.

Thanks for the update and info. I guess I'm playing a different game. 😂 , or I'm from a different era. I don't necessarily disagree with the choices, but I feel there are alternatives that were better imo than the chosen ones. The M110 was decent, but I soon switched back to the G28. I did most missions with just the Honey Badger, but would have liked to have seen a .300 BLK based weapon for close combat with super/sub sonic rounds available. We'll each to their own. As long as you have fun, use the weapon you like. Thanks again mate. All the best.

The TARVOR is the Most Underrated Rifle in Breakpoint. Especially in Ghost War 4vs4! It’s One of the Most Accurate Primary Weapons for the Online PvP Mode. H&K G36C is another Hidden Gem.

The shirt you have to buy with real money, the reason for him having only one weapon is he made it that way in the settings. A lot who play prefer tactical stealth and realism (as real as it can get)

Controversal regarding the Koblin? Why? It's simple, if you want it you go on raids and roll the dice. If you don't care, then don't go? There are items like that in any game which involved raids. I personally love mine.

Yo what's up guys I'm have about 1387 as of yesterday in hours on Ghost recon and tbh my absolute favorite platform is the h&k 416 5.56 long barrel with an extended 100 rnd mag and a 40 mike mike attached or the 416 shorty with a digital scope mawl laser and a 40 as well I usually run two primaries so my second choice is the FN Mk17 scout 7.62x51 I can touch a fly on a heavy gunner from 500 meters away and bearly lift the scope as for my side arm also H&K USP tactical .45 oh and I can't forget the Remington R4 (4-AC) is ultimately my favorite asr no 40 mike attached just a vented angle fore grip mawl laser and not sure which scope and 100 rnd mag its reliable and accurateuse (i generally use three scopes T5XI for sniping the digital for some rifles and SMGs and the other one I just cant remember.lmk what you guys think stay frosty ghosts

I don't use snipers. Dmr's an assault rifles. Scorpio scout, m110. I love the arx200 my favorite ar.
