This organ would go on to inspire the concept of portable "arranger" keyboards we know today, such as Yamaha PSR-S, Korg PA, and Casio CTK

I know NOTHING about musical instruments......what ever you have there looks like a something out of a cockpit of a air plane !!! LOL Nice looking toy there!! Holy man! That sounds great too...I can't imagine even attempting to play that thing...sounded like you have a lot of people in that room. Great job and thanks for the share!

i dont know how many times i called fletcher music center in Arizona.. But Mark failed to respond or even email me back. TEACHING THE students how to play this piece... NO MORE GOING THROUGH THE HEADACHES WITH MARK. i willing to pay just to have the sheet music for the lowrey organ. but he refuses. so i resorted to a website that takes music like this & converts it to sheet music so i can play it.. THANKS FOR NOTHING MARK... Now i got the sheet music i can play it now...

Mark no longer works as a teacher for Fletcher Music, believe he moved on in 2019, but other TAs know this song at Fletcher and sheet music is available to all on Hal Leonard EZ Play.

@@fletchermusiccenters-green5997 i am going to have the music company COPY THIS lowrey piece NOTE BY NOTE, mark by mark with the fill in that Mark uses. i want to be able to play this exactly as it is played on the LOWREY ORGAN.. Its just plain ashame that MARK did not record this song on USB OR FLOPPY. i know those LOWREY ORGANS have usb or floppy drives to record the songs.

HELLO fletcher music... HOW do you get the long breakdown at 1:55 on the LOWREY ORGAN? i have a lowrey organ, i would like to play this on the LOWREY just how you playing it exactly.
@fletchermusiccenters-tucso32785 жыл бұрын
Howdy! At that point in the song, the organ is on the jug band rhythm. I either turned on the drum variation, or alter style, or both (sorry, can't recall and don't have an organ here at home) and then held down the fill (and/or FX) button and just keep holding it until you hear the kiss (I like to use the left touch bar to activate it). At that point, after the breakdown, I switched from Jug Band to Classic Western rhythm styles at the same tempo. Hope that makes sense and helps!

i called the music store here last friday....because i like how you did this song.. i hope the store associate gave you all my info... i know on the lowrey organs like the one you showed the demo on, you can record the hole song and pretty much save the presents either to the floppy or usb depending how old the organ is... but i cannot play by ear, and i wish to have this entire song transcribed into sheet music exactly how you play it on the lowrey organ (INCLUDING THE FX BUTTON and when where in the music you switch from guitar to harmonic and rythem presets...)) THANK YOU for repying MARK...

Just my opinion, but the repetitive syncopated rhythm throughout about the first 2 minutes of the video doesn't really fit the song.

Rhythm is too loud.
@janflipkens4719 Жыл бұрын
The volumes at various presets are not properly adjusted, either the rhythm is too loud or the right hand is too soft, depending on how you look at it.
