Kewl video & calling Spirits is appropriate & what they prefer. They can only communicate telepathic, are around us 24 - 7, can manifest in taking form after sunset when it gets dark out to prior to sunrise, at it's strongest between 3 to 4 a.m. Confident Spirits go about helping a certain percentage of us while waiting to cross over & some of these Spirits can foresee future events before they transpire into occurances. Stuck Spirits who were unalived believe that they're still alive & need 1 of us to guide them into the light envisioning white lights descending from above Key Words : help, stuck, cross me over. Bad Spirits lie as well as the entities & they don't want to be crossed over. For protection envision white lights descending from above forming a shield around you & keep vibes high in feelings of love & happiness. In the house I use 25 watt bulbs in lamps with lampshades behind me, not shinning into the eyes to see the Spirits.
