I have been using this channels music to play in the back of my Red Dead Redemption 2 story playthrough for the past week, and it's made everything including cutscenes 10x better.

That's how this channel was actually born. I was playing the RDR2 story and in the parts where you had to ride the horse and hear the dialogue (a huge chunk of the game) I would pick my guitar and start jamming along with what the game made me feel. I even did that in the cutscenes, and that's how the first songs of this channel were born.

I would have never thought of this. Random comment turned into a RDR2 “hack” 😂

Really nice calming music. Sounds forlorn though with the window softly whistling in the background through a ghost town. Listening to this as I work on a college exam review.

Great video. Do you share the tabs somewhere? Im really new to playing the guitar and I would love to play something similar. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! Yes this can only be accomplished with mods (on PC), I use Rampage Trainer, but you there are also Zen or Immersive Scenarios that are easier to use.

Do you play the guitar yourself? If not where is it Sampled from? Great music
@StringscapesАй бұрын
Yes, I play the guitar myself. I compose and record all the music on my channel. Glad you like it!

@@Stringscapes Thank you for sharing your talent with us, what a joy to listen to this at the end of the day, it's even better to know that it's you who composed this. I thought it was from the game. 😅. *Sorry for my english

I notice at certain points, you make changes in pitch without strumming the strings again and it sounds so cool. How do you do that and make it sound so seamless?
@StringscapesАй бұрын
Thank you! I think the techniques that you could be referring to are hammer-ons/pull-offs or slides. I use a metal slide in certain parts, and also I sometimes bend the strings to reach certain pitches. So in summary, there are different ways to achieve that sound. If you could tell me the exact moment in the song, I could tell you which one it is specifically.

@@the_LionQueen I'm bending the string up and down. Not easy to do with an acoustic since the strings are hard, but it is doable in the B string
