Cool that you have the alternate firing modes from the alternate pack modes, even the new spengler wand only seems to have a primary fire function sound for each one (still cool but if you played the game extensively you know each mode had two firing methods for a total of 8 firing sounds). Although I have yet to see a pack have an actual boson dart mode. Based on the game, what you called "boson darts" is actually the "meson collider" modes. Still a really cool pack just been playing the game again lately and drooling over the spengler wand and wishing for a pack with the venting mode and ALL the GB game sounds. As well as the extra slime blower gear on the pack and the wand. I want it all! Ha! I've even seen one pack that had clear rods that pushed out from the cyclotron during over-heat. It's all so awesome, if only I could get inton a delorean and deliver it all to my 5 yr old self :D

What I would give to have my very own film-accurate proton pack replica. Except mine would have the padded shoulder straps that were rarely scene of a couple scenes of Ghostbusters 2 so they would feel more relaxing on my shoulders and it would have only proton pack sound effects and no music whatsoever.

Thanks for the compliment. And yes, the sounds are from the video game. When I say GB 2 hero, I'm talking about pack construction. Since the movie pack sounds were added post production.

Absolutely beautiful pack. My dream build is to build a fully functioning TVG pack. Not a stage 1 but a full stage pack complete with slime blower attachment, raising stasis attachment, and boson stream attachments that actually spring out of the pack.

Ghostbusters 2 included a modified sound for when they fired their wands. It made the turn-on noise from the first movie as the wand fired. It’s somewhat unique to that movie and I’m wondering if there’s a setting you have for that. Yes. A granular detail, lol

Thanks Kellon. I don't currently have any for sale. I don't do commisions because when I do a build i don't want to be rushed. Next time I build one I can let you know when it's finished though. I only used the real world parts on the pack that they used in the film, so because of that my packs are expensive. It's getting harder and more more expensive to source the proper parts. Last pack I sold was 4k and about 200 for shipping.

I do sell some of them when i make them. I just don't do commissions because I don't like to be on a timeline with them. Mass producing would be hard because I search out all the proper vintage parts which are getting harder to find.

When I say Hero build I am referring to the parts used on the actual pack. All sound was added post production in the movies.

@@johnroberts7507 one question for you. Where did you purchase the sound card/chip from. I have the Mattel Wand and chip but it doesn't play the GB 2 sound effects. Any advice would be appreciated.

Tony, this sound board is from gbfans.com but the wand is a metal one I installed everything in. Not Sure I have a suggestion for converting a matty wand. You would have to gut it, and I don't think it's worth it.

@@fox-kc110, man that's a bummer. As for my builds I only use screen accurate parts on my packs. That makes the cost go up a bit since some of the real world parts on the original movie packs are getting harder to find and more expensive when you do find them. Because of that I sell at 4k per pack.

Thanks Christopher. I built this using my friend Vincent's shell and a Gbfans sound board. All the real world parts used on the original packs were also hunted down and put on here. I appreciate the feedback!

I generally don't do commsions because I don't like deadlines with prop building. After a pack is built I will put it up for sale to see if people are truly interested. A proper pack with truly screen accurate parts is not cheap, mainly because many of the real world components used from then are getting harder to find.
