You've got the 2 grey cables swapped in the wrong place. The slots that they plug into are keyed. Also the set is only suppose to include one ladder piece for the left side of the vehicle.

Thank you! Yes, realized the ladder was just an extra. The two grey cables seem to be the same. I might open a second one to see if this is common.

The Grey antenna are just ever so slightly different. Just switch them and you'll see (if you haven't already as I know this is a month old video).
