that buster that said "Don't chase him, take down the rift first!" is not a good decision-maker, and should not be leading teams. xD

@@MajorDafty Except they don't have time deal with that,AND THEN chase you during end-game, they needed to just hunt you down, the entire match... Every capture, removes a rift anyway, so yeah, his decision was bad... Given you're on controller, your aim with the lance wasn't good, so really, you're basically an overlord with no unique ability... You should be easy pickings, but they allowed themselves to get distracted by rifts. Rift-hunting works on normal ghosts, but not the overlord... The overlord actually WANTS all his rifts to be exposed, and he should be summoning new rifts with his ultimate on-cooldown, just to flood the map with drudges. Hunting rifts when the ghost is overlord, only allows the overlord to keep bombing objects, setting up unbeatable escape-routes, and and suspending civillians to increase haunt-speed exponentially, suspended civillians also act as cover, that the overlord can use to evade tether. xD So really, you're just wasting time dealing with rifts vs overlord... It's faster to catch the overlord in a trap over and over, than it is to manually kill each of the rifts. :P

So... does this mean that the game was just a prequel for Ghostbusters: Afterlife?

It wouldn't make sense, since literally the very first cutscene is Winston opening and repairing the firestation just like at the ending of Afterlife. This is all after but maybe instead of after could also be after the comic stories

I believe it takes place after afterlife and before the newly revealed Frozen empire as it said the spangler's family we all know from Ghostbusters afterlife is coming to town for the summer which we can hear in the final cut scene if you beat the boss which I think will perfectly set up. What is going to be frozen empire
