its all about profit now....and not people's lives.....some friends of mine investigated a former mental asylum...built in 1888....one of the members was pushed down the stairs.....one of the female investigators had her back scratched...lots of negitive EVPs were heard....all of them felt unwell for days after....now the building has been demolished...and 500 hundred homes are to be built on the site.....wonder how long people will live in these houses before things start to happen...great video..thanks team.

I agree. I think in the US in some states it's illegal to sell a haunted building without informing the buyers. Should be so everywhere.

Cause there called Slum Lord's! I've lived at a couple my self, to bad legal action couldn't be versed, not sure in the U.K how it is I would have to research couple questions I have about this issue and property, laws, rights on both sides. Tenants ALWAYS do yr homework and research history, laws, boundaries etc, cause lots of Countries/ States don't have to disclose if even a murder or suicide took place there, which I think it should. No one wants to loose money period but when it comes to yr living space and had enough proper evidence the bank or whom ever should be made to pay any revenue back ,sadly folks say it won't stand up in court, utterly bullocks!!! Great honesty and yes I'm happy as Shiet u showed this!😙

We'll done lads, you did the right thing, people should know the truth, years ago I with my family moved in to a new house but from the start I felt something that was alien to me a strange feeling not scary but it was there,then a few weeks later I was up stairs working out on my punch bag then I saw a dark mass that formed in to a human shape it come towards me and I'll admit I was shit scared (I'll fight any man)but this was different so I jumped over the landing,then family members witnessed shape's and thing's then we moved out of peckham and the necessary family who moved in phoned my mum days later saying"did you ever see any strange stuff here"we'll my poor mum just said no why.! It proves that ghost haunt House's.!?

Everything that is given as evidence of something is all too easily faked. The people ghost hunting may be quite genuine. A lot of these videos involve theatre, a hell of a lot of talking and endless questions. The bloke who lived there apparently just had to sit in a chair and an old women walks up and screams in his face.
