Ghostface is supposed to be a combination of the original Ghostface character, Kobra, and Kira since they are all the killers. IMO this really isn't a big deal because it's literally just animations, and also they clearly remastered the animations and didn't just rip them straight from Deception. The thing that actually matters is the gameplay, which is not at all the same as Kobra or Kira, he just has a couple of their moves.

That’s what I’m thinking, like what’s the big deal this looks really fun? Especially with the code thing, like he keeps saying it’s recycled, but does he realize how old that code is? That is literally decades old, they would definitely have to like redo it in a way to make it work again, or just started to make a new code entirely. You also have to take into consideration that these are two different engines, which obviously means code from older engines might not work in the Newark engines, so that’s why I feel it’s kind of misleading to say it. Also, is it just me or is he really disrespectful for peoples opinions? Like seriously two days ago, I saw him attacking someone for literally just saying “ it’s not recycled, but it’s definitely reused” Like how butt hurt do you have to be to do that over a damn opinion. ( I also don’t see this comment anymore. By the way I’m hoping he didn’t delete that because if he did that just says a lot. And I know it wasn’t the commentor because he looked pretty confident in what he said.) It’s so weird how angry he gets at people who disagree with him and kind of just silly. The whole point of the video is just a spark discussion, not a fuel an echo chamber for his own liking. Like what was he expecting just for everyone to agree with him?

Now, keep in mind I do understand what he saying to an extent with the whole “ why don’t they just add these two characters as playable characters” thing as if you’re just gonna use some of their moves why not just add them at that point but at the same time also does it really matter? They technically are in the game. They’re just dressed up as ghost face xd. Also, I think he fails to see the reference with the whole idea of “anyone can be the Ghostface” thing from the movies. It’s actually kind of funny that these two are dressed up as Ghostface because it kinda reminds me of like the later movies where there was a female Ghostface and a male Ghostface working together, so it actually is kind of clever and away when you think about it. But of course, I think he fails to see this, but what did I expect from someone who gets mad at peoples opinions?

As a fan of both Kobra and Kira, they are the least liked 3d era characters and the fact that they are in MK1 in this shape in form gives them hope in the future. Cause looking at Kobra and Kira, they just seem lackluster. Kira is Evil Sonya with a bit of Kitana moves and Kobra has a bit of Liu Kang moves but nothing special really. If anything, they’re both just advanced “grunts” so it makes sense why they’re the other two ghostfaces

I would love for Kobra and Kira to make a comeback. But NRS just uses their movesets for Ghostface, which it was lame. And there was a move where Ghostface was crawling on the ground, which was obviously taken from Rambo from MK11.

As i said somewhere else. This is Goofy Tier guest characters and it's making people who aren't normies begin to hate and avoid guests now because they overstaying their welcome and it shouldn't have had to come to this if NRS played their cards right and was smart with roster. GhostFace should've been Kira, Kobra, and Jarek without the ridiculous party city Halloween GhostFace costume. I know Kira, Kobra, and Jarek are jobbers and all but they can still be reworked and overhaul to be better and interesting than before, but NRS is far too lazy to do that and want to oversaturate the roster with unwanted pay-to-win guest characters that could've been MK characters and New original characters. If people want to play all of these horror movie characters either play Terrordrome or Dead By Daylight or Mugen or create modded characters.

GhostFace is just a Rambo Reskin with ripoff moves from Kira, Kobra, Kano, Jarek, Ferra Torr, and Stunt Double Johnny Cage (MKX, MK11). I have no skin in the game as I haven't played MK since I stop playing after X but this has got to be the most asinine video i've seen. First off, You showed like 3 moves that look similar because i'm not counting that air-roll attack for 2 reasons. 1, when ghostface does it, it ends with a grapple, when Kira does it, it ends with her creating space, but you're very obviously desperate to make a point and my second point is that there are other characters that have an air roll attack... specifically Kano from MK1 so does that mean Kira is also a lazy character? You showed 3 animations out of like a hundred to try and prove a point but, I mean that is kinda dumb. Even in the video you play Ghostface is doing unique animations before and after the 'copied' moves.
