Sometimes a flow of a verse matches a beat PERFECTLY. Raekwon on that 2nd verse is one of the best in all Wu-Tang albums. The only one I think better, is Masta Killa's flow to Da Mystery of Chessboxin (last verse.) When I first heard it on a station in NYC--I HAD to get that album. Happy 30 years on 11/9/23 to Enter the Wu-Tang! (And A Tribe Called Quest's "Midnight Marauders")
