To be honest, the 87 Shredder is the only one Ghostface could POSSIBLY fight. Any other version, Mirage, 2003, IDW, 2012, Rise, they have no chance against.

Calling the '80s version of Shredder a punk b*tch is such a bold claim, cause while the cartoon nerfed him and turned him into a joke characterr, his comic version, on the other hand, was an absolute unit. Cause in the comics, he was still a master ninja and a master martial artist that overpowered each of the Turtles without issue.

The 80's Shredder still would beat most opponents because he could think on his feat and could use environment hazards to his advantage. It is only in late seasons that he becomes a joke and that has a lot to do with the Turtles having a ton of experience kicking his butt. Modern Shredders are either a Krang Shredder Fusion or have a menace aura that makes the Turtles habitually flinch so that they don't need to have skills like the 80's Shredder did.

Even as a joke he can jump from the ground to a tree branch and cut the same tree branch that can hold his weight in one slice.

You need to rewatch that show. Because Shredder in that show is still a huge threat, even if he acts like a bumbling idiot. He was still able to nearly destroy New York multiple times and has come close to destroying the turtles. Just because he's not physically a threat doesn't mean he's not a threat at all.

I think we're all overlooking one crucial question though when it comes to Shredder. Sure he may have these wrist blade things, neat little toys, look real scary. But the real question is, does he have a knife?
