It's a play on her gun's name, the WA2000

@@ricardog2271 All dolls are now free to choose their own name thanks to Doll's right act but they are still hated by the human as usual. Wawa is now a freelancer hitman like agent 47. Her new name is a reference to her favorite drink but since she is a massive tsundere, she decides to change her name a little to hide the fact she likes this drink and sweets in general.
