My middle son's school has parents collect lids (all sizes and colors) for an art events they call Dots Day. A few weeks before Dots Day all the lids are sent in the the art teacher and she gets her students to make hige art pieces using the lids and other art supplies. Anyway, all that was to say, When you mentioned about putting something flat to hold the stuffing in my first thought was I could just repurpose a few lids out of my giant bag of lids for the school.

Suggestion: You worked your rounds for the bottom from the INSIDE, but working them from the OUTSIDE would be easier, especially when fighting the fluff. Cute project that I will try soon but today I am knitting a poncho using Puzzle yarn I picked up at Walmart ($5.82/skein) and just making the project up as I go, Cinnamon Stitches style.

That ghosty reminds me of The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. 👻 Have you seen Crochet Vision’s plushies? She makes them out of blanket type yarn and sells them at markets (in Minnesota we call them craft fairs). They are really cute.

Thank you so much for the cute ghost and bumpy. Pumpkin tutorial a. I made 2 pumpkins and I’m on my 2nd ghost. I’m making a plethora of Halloween decorations to mail to my daughter at college. I texted her a preview of the pumpkin and she loved it. Now I can’t see well and have arthritic hands so the bottom of my first pumpkin looks terrible. But I’m getting better. I don’t have any plushy yarn so I doubled my #4 for the ghost. But next order I will get some.

How are you doing after the car accident, most of the time it takes a couple of days to feel pain from the crash. The x-ray might show something from the crash. Just a thought
