That poor boy was likely told countless times that he was worthless, and that no one would want him, maybe even God, so in the end, he felt he wasn't worthy enough to go into the light. I’ve worked on a property that had something going on at it that made me and the other person I was with feel horrible in many different ways. 'Cause it might be the very last time you see and / or talk to them. 😞😞😞😞 Just imagine telling your son or daughter, " you wish that they were never born ", just before he or she walks out the door. The next event you are faced with is the police knocking on your door, and ( the police ) have the sad opportunity of telling you that your son / daughter was in a fatality and the did not survive. I know, I've had to go through this pain when my younger brother was killed in December 2006. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worse enemy, if I had a worse enemy.

Alot of comments about how good the mother looks and what a nice person the priest is and both are true however i havent seen anyone mention that the mother is also an idiot. She has a daughter who can hear and see spirits and has already felt the impact of what that "gift"/curse can bring (and that was just a young scared boy), whats the mother doing ? still actively doing paranormal investigations, what she should be doing is helping her daughter learn about her ability, what kind of psychic is she then learn how to control it and or blocking it off also known as clossing down and if it will fade with time(depends on a few dif things). not untill the daughter has learned this should the mother be any where near an investigation. What I see, psychologically, is that the boy latched on to the father figure and family. He wanted to make himself known to be understood, and get love and healing and to have a family. He somewhat went after the daughter but it was more because he wanted that attention. He was and is perhaps in need of great attention and love for his growth and healing. He was in competition for family affection. When he got noticed and his story was heard and he got that healing and love this helped him on earth this helped him to grow. It may not have meant that much to others but to him perhaps it meant close to everything. They did a lot for him I bet and it went a long way. It's good practice to observe and recognize others from their perspective and what they may seriously need in life.
