Ghostrick was the first deck I ever built. I dropped it after MR4 because Link monsters counter their whole mechanic, and also because nobody enjoyed playing against me ... xD Thank you for the Deck Profile! I would consider running one Ghostrick Parade. With their newest Trap - Ghostrick Renovation - you can swap it out, if you need the search option. I used to run Drowning Mirror Force in Ghostricks, since the Field Spells force the opponent to attack directly.

I always enjoy 3 doll. It’s a nice card to set first turn and combos amazingly with scare. It covers anything scare can’t hit and summons in end phase. It’s just a really nice card to have always.

Will definitely be building this and your Superheavy Samurai decks. Although as an old player game mechanics from pendulum onwards seems a little complicated, do you think they are necessary for these decks?

Cool video! Reallly is a relied to not to HAVE to play links with everything this format! : ) and xyz and syncro can shine a lot more as well as interesting fusions! Perhaps focus on a few syncro too. Besides red dragons... I'm sure there's gonna be at least one or two syncro rouge strategys

wait I had heard that they did a ruling on flip effect monsters that their effects only go off if they don't get destroyed, did they change that? cause that would be why they put morphing jar #2 to unlimited

I swapped out the two GT Fairies for needle worms and one "Scare" trap for a crush card lol. It's more trollish than anything else but it can help reduce pressure.

You should try Guardian Sphinx. No monster removal? No problem! Just send them back to hand! Either that or Guard Dog Stun, no special summons allowed!

No ghostrick reform, no ghostrick parade, no allure. This deck is too slow. Parade is used so that you don’t have to run jiangshi at all which gives you room for more options

They really need a card that sets Links face down.

They really don't. Setting links face-down completely breaks the link mechanic. What they could really use is either removal or negation; specifically the negation of card effects. The Ghostrick archetype doesn't focus on removal very much, but a non-targeting bounce could help as well. Let's not change a whole mechanic to make one archetype good, just give them one or two cards that would do effectively the same.
