That intermediate level hard-core was supposed to be a 10 inch, but the record label fucked it up and made a 12 inch with double track etching rather than a 2 sided 10 inch. The 623 refers to two colors, red and white. There's 600 of the red made for public consumption, and the 23 left over were white single sided copies intended for the band and friends or what have you. Unfortunately, the box containing the majority of the white copies was intercepted in the mail system and they were stolen. They still have not resurfaced so there are only a handful of these accounted for. It's one of the biggest mysteries in the Ghoul collectors realm. I'm actually the one who logged the varient on discogs, and if you visit the page my copy is the one uploaded for the photo. For anyone curious about this info, I was given this story by cremator's bass slave Ross Sewage.

I found Maniaxe at a local flea market and I had to buy it. If I hadn't got into Cannibas Corpse I wouldn't have found Ghoul, their Split EP is really good too

Maniaxe tests are actually pretty easy to come by. They made 50 officially, but there's even more extras. A dude I know has number 51 of 50 lol. They come up on discogs and ebay relatively often, but if you ask I'd bet Scott at tankcrimes has a few laying around
