750 g mince ( I'm using buffalo mince you may use of your choice)
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp raw papaya paste or 2 tsp meat tenderiser or ½ tsp baking soda
½ cup fried onion
1½ tbsp dessicated coconut
1½ tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
6-7 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 mace
cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
½ cup oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1½ tbsp crushed coriander seeds
½ tsp kewra water
½ cup curd coriander leaves
