I know Xilonen doesnt scale with ATK, but it got me wondering if you could make a run of her using the new event weapon, since shes always protected by a shield (from zhongli or crystals) and shes using mostly NAs in her combo, that 40% buff plus the extra crit rate could be interesting if you have a good build to pair
