GI Joe Classified Chuckles Review

I like Chuckles a lot more than I thought I would from the promo pics. A lot of the stuff he comes with is great for world building so that sold me on him, but he's a great figure in his own right. My only nit pick would be that he comes with a plain leather briefcase when it was a perfect opportunity to get us a silver one like the Crimson Strike Team came in.

Great review. I love all the storytelling in this one, from what you mentioned (I didn't notice the two separate scenes) to the lock combo on the Crimson set to the radio frequency used, plus I just got this et myself and I can say absolutely: Chuckles is a top 20 Classified if not top 10 for me. The construction, the vibrant colors, the packaging (I prefer thoughtful windowless packaging like this, honestly), almost everything about this Chuckles (his pistol is really boring) is right on the money. 9.4/10. Loses 0.5 for the green army pants and 0.1 for the boring pistol. Otherwise, perfect figure to me.

When I got Dusty, I took him out of the package and left him near the radiator for about an hour since he was out in the cold when he was delivered in the mail. He was fine after that.

The sunglasses look horrible. Wish they found away to make his hair a hairpiece so you could hide the sides inside the hair. They don’t sit naturally over his ears. I wonder if we’ll get a stripped down Retro version without all the fluff.

I'm getting real tired of hasbro's quality. If it means increasing prices so we get non gummy weapons and maybe a back pack and some more/better accessories so be it. If the initial run of minister force is promising I think my GI Joe money will be going towards monster force if the reviews about it its quality is good. I'm just getting tired of toys that I lose excitement for after I get it out of the box. The only figures I got out of classified this year that I really liked was the Cobra Valkyries, Bazooka and the televiper. The televiper shocked me honestly. It's grown on me and I love displaying it WITHOUT the flight pod. I had to glue the hose to the back pack cause it wouldn't stay attached but I think I would have troop built it with 2 or 3 figures given the head options and it was available. Honestly I wish the trouble bubble came with a cobra trooper. Given how hard it was for me to get even 2 in Canada I can always use more and the bubble looks awesome with a cobra trooper in it. It looks perfect with the full face mask Valkyrie. I think I might have liked chuckles but he was harder to get ahold of then a certain similar valiverse figure. lol. I would have enjoyed posing them to together. That Bond shirt on Condor looks amazing and hed look great with chuckles and all those accessories.

I feel like you’re one of the few that isn’t happy with Classified. Yes there are some issue and I am not happy with the soft weapons, but as I have said before, it is something they are are working on. I’m not making excuses, just explaining some things that have been told to me.
