I've had a look at these on amazon and ebay and wished I'd picked them up when they were readily available, I swear I've seen the Harrier/Av-8b in store somewhere, I have a thing in my head where if possible I could reverse the wings similar to a proof of concept aircraft Nasa did a while back, I've had great results with builders aluminium foil tape and the spray paint used in the automotive industry to seal the underneath of cars, I've used Lego too for creating additional engines and such

I hear people talking about pricing all the time, but we have to understand. It doesn't cost them that much to make it and they only make it that expensive because people are willing to buy it. And then we speak as if a $250 one and one 12-in scale jet is normal. If Hasbro would not reach the goal on that sky striker even though GI Joe is extremely popular it would have sent a big message that price is important. They already had the mold, so it's not like we was paying for that. They would have wanted to recoup their money in any way possible. That jet would not have went no further than $60 to me. I think everyone forgets that the power is in your dollars, not whether not Hasbro makes it. At these price points we're better off buying 3D printers and making our own vehicles. It'll be a lot cheaper and a lot faster than looking for something to buy. But those that can typically ruin it for all the rest that do not and cannot. Remember this hobby is a luxury it is not a necessity you can live without it so you should make them play the games by your rules. And when they're no longer making millions off each project, the rules will quickly change.

If you can get it, I suggest getting the Jackal vehicle from the same series of figures. Add a little yoga foam to the seat and sides replace a couple guns and it scales perfectly for any 1:12 scale figures. Its scaled to Action Force, GI Joe, McFarlane Call of Duty like it's just perfect. Got mine for about 110$ but if you can find it cheaper I say go for it bc it sings.

@@ArticulatedNinja when you find it, totally worth it. I would also recommend adding foam to the floor of the rear turrent. Some package foam or two slabs of floor foam should be enough to make a figure that's on a stand tall enough for the main mg turrent.

I just dicovered that a GIjoe classified scale Humvee exist, it's the GI Joe 2001 Hasbro Battery powered Humvee. It has some weird levers to operate it on the back but could you dig into this as it's the only cheap - in the US - Humvee I know for 1/12 scale figures - aside from the TMNT Turtle Tracker that is a tad small

At 3:22 you mention it being made for a 1:9 scale figure like a Barbie, but Barbie is 1/6 scale. 1:9 is closer to 8 inches like Mego or the GI Joe Sigma 6 line. It's underscaled for 1/6 though and this looks pretty good for 1/12.

Also though I know Joes are bigger than 1/12 and their vehicles have always been comically small with them sticking out in the retro line. That being said the sunbird that comes with Shuri is a decent fit for most classified. I also have a couple of those I picked up from Ollie's for about $4.
