The device that attaches to the rebreather on his face piece is called a swim board. In real life, it contains a compass for direction, a stopwatch and a depth gauge to tell the diver how deep under water he is.

Guess Torpedo has back up now until Wet Suit is released. It is a reuse of Torpedo/Eel mold but went with an all black wet suit which is what most people are familiar with. It's nice to see some extra like the mini submersible. Like you I enjoyed the more sci fi elements of the original line. That's where I thought it got interesting.
