Jeff, just reading these comments and seeing all the heartfelt messages from the Figure Files crew, you have to know that you've had a positive impact on so many folks. That's a testament to your character and because of that, I know you will definitely land on your feet soon. It's ironic because I've been out of work since December. I spend most days searching on Indeed. When I get tired of that, I'll work on some side projects. When the evening comes and my lady goes to bed, I look forward to going to my office, surrounded by my collection and watching KZbin channels like yours, to give my mind a much needed break. Sorry to hear about the bad news! My brother's a huge Niners fan & Ravens too.We live in MD, so he has been frustrated the last 3 Niners Super Bowls...especially Ravens V Niners. Look at the colors in general with G.I. Joe or Cobra. Crazy colors seem to be a constant.

True, but most of those like the Alley Vipers have some sort of pattern. These look so randomly scattered and thrown on the figures.

Rock n Roll v2 was my 3 favorite Joe growing up It was Snake eye v2 Shockwave Rock nRoll, then sargent Slaughter duke Scarlet Flint Lady Jaye Topside and Hit n Run that was my main team every else extra reinforcement

you forgot about Hardball he had a Maurauders release in the COnvention Box set with Python Patrol. Just got my Convention box set from 2018 yesterday. Have A collectors club Scope on way and got the rest of subline in ME Scale.. Agreed not my favorites but glad finally knocked out since Barbaque was getting lonely

I don't know about the reuse. They were using that Duke mold pretty often early on. It's never an issue with me for reuse, just if it looks good and makes sense. The compromised "it's good enough" reuse always annoys me for any line.

Man, Jeff, I hate that you're having a rough week. This too shall pass. Ugh, I was pulling for the 49ers and you were my main thought at the end. Hopefully we can cheer you up on Thursday. This was a fun little list. I hadn't even thought about completing the cast of Operation Dragonfire. I remember liking that storyline, but it's been a while... I might need to revisit it. Like the toy line at the time, the DIC series goes off the rails at times, but it's not all bad. By the way, I'm starting to get the feeling that you're not a fan of the Slaughter's Marauders color palette 😄 Who are your favorite and least favorite sub-teams? And why? Wait, maybe that's an episode.

I watched it last year and it really plays out like the standard Joe mini-series albeit with a much smaller cast, weaker animation and some of the key voice actors from Sunbow not returning. Otherwise it was more entertaining than I thought. LOL. I like that episode idea. Might need to bring that out this week!

Sorry for all the personal bummer news for you. As for these Joes, super easy pass for me. Slaughter is wearing spandex gym shorts over pants? The original design team must have all been colorblind and on drugs. Same with all that neon random colors in the late 80's early 90's. Just what?
