One of my favorites in the line. The pin-less joints and over sculpt are great for V1 snake eyes, classic firefly, and some of the original 13 joes.

My first Joe as a young black kid in the 80's. Maaaaan, at that time, the only black action figures were Lando from ESB, Doc & Stalker.Asmy first Classified fig, I got no complaints!

I thought I did mention they were pinless, but I will certainly try and make sure I do on other reviews. Don’t get me started on the back story of Stalker, Snake Eyes and Tommy. Hasbro literally has an outline of a perfect movie and they can’t seem to get it right 🤦🏻‍♂️

Another dope review, man. I can't explain it, but it adds something when a JOE is from your area. For example, the original file card for Tommy says that he's from Fresno, CA (and he eventually relocated to the S.F. Bay Area,) I'm from the Bay (and I have relatives in Frenso.) It's really cool to have one of the more popular characters be from your hometown and/or from a city you've been to. You can imagine what part of the city they're from, where they went to school, where they shopped at etc. I originally thought Stalker came with a NGSW-AR, but in watching other reviews I found out that his light machine gun was a FN EVOLYS. As far as the accuracy of his beret, only Army Special Forces, (a.k.a. the Green Berets,) wear green berets. The Rangers currently wear tan berets. When G.I. JOE debuted the Rangers were wearing black berets which has since because standard issue for every soldier. I'm going to get my JOEs some berets I'm just deciding on what the color should be because I don't want to give them a color that's in use by another unit. I'm leaning towards gold.

Off point question. Is it worth it to.put things on pre-orders with Target or.just spend the extra few dollars to get them from online somewhere else? It seems like Target keeps pushing things back buy they are elsewhere readily available.

I would say never preorder from Target or Walmart except for their exclusives. Target is a nightmare pre charging your credit card 2-3 times a week. Go with BBTS, Dorkside or Entertainment Earth. Of course there’s Pulse too but they normally get stuff last.

The 3.75 does not have a surpresor that’s why it looks weird you can cut it off if it bothers you but I wouldn’t

I disagree, they are clearly looking at the O-Ring figure and comic as inspiration more than the cartoon. Remember, the cartoon came after the figure and comics, so that’s what’s canon in my mind.

Large gun is a Modified M60 and the smaller one is a modified MP40 German made …

Negative. Its a Knights Armaments Stoner LAMB (Light Assault Machine Gun). It has zero recoil, and can be fired with a single hand. Great weapon system.

Thet stock on the sub is weak. Almost broke mine removing it. It now has that visible bent spot. But that's my fault should have been more careful. Also ha has the look of the angry neighbor or grandfather after you stepped on his lawn. Definitely see the grisaled old Detroit native that tired of everyone's crap!

In my head cannon i figured him to have been Ranger Recon (with Snake Eyes) who went SF and eventually became a Warrant Officer. That would justify his age, and support the point on his file card that he was also a medic (18D) and interpreter (SF Language training).
