Janab Shafqat Ali accompanied his elder brother and father Ustad Salamat Ali Khan to sing Bhopali at the residence of Agha Shehryar in London, BBC interviewed and asked , " you sing raags why don't you sing Ghazal " . " That's inferior and I don't" replied Shahinsha e Maosiqi " . Painful truth . . .Gondal.

Very beautiful ghazal of Mir Taqi Mir( a classical Urdu poetry). Ustad Niaz Hussain Shami sahib composed beautifully & Shahanshah-e- ghazal Ustad Mehdi Hassan sahib did magic with his sweet voice.
