Wow. That is a beautiful addition. Can't wait to try it on Monday.

This conent is so concise and almost invaluable. You could come back and see a detail youve always missed about 30 times.

Can the (scoop grip on the far leg) x (X-guard on the near leg) be used with something other than an overhook? Or is the overhook the "best" way to secure that part of the body? Thank you for a great video!

What do you do when a guy hip switches and kills that butterfly hook as you're elevating him?
@Silence-and-Violence4 ай бұрын
Do you never use butterfly hooks if the opponent has any chance to hip switch on your butterfly hook.
@brettg14 ай бұрын
As he tries, scoot your hips to the other side and engage your other butterfly hook to take him back the other way. Even though he has hip, switching, he should always stay engaged with that butterfly hook. even if he kicks over the hook, that would almost help you to rotate his hips back the other way.

@brettg1 agreed. He can only hip switch one way. One way gives up his back so he can only hip switch to one side. You should stay sticky, but if you stay active and aware you can follow him up or scissor him over or start wrestling up. There's multiple options.
