Looking back at that year...this was his healthiest year in NY. Even better than 2018. His swing was so balanced and smooth. 2022 showed glimpsed of it but you can tell he wasnt fully healthy. Still hit 30+ bombs..i say he still has a few more solid years left

If there's one thing that I know about Stanton is that when he's on the road and plays out in the West Coast, that's his strong point to hitting rockets out of the ballpark. The 2020 MLB Postseason is an example.

This is the number one problem with baseball in general and the #YANKEES in particular. We’re a physically challenged team with little or no run producing ability but via HR. No speed no SB ability and lack of generals inability to generate runs as opposed to HR STRIKEOUT OR DOUBLE PLAYS. Failure to produce with #RISP team may not make playoffs as currently constituted. For $2,500 per game I want #RINGS not occasional 750 foot HRs

Tell me once again how many times he struck out and how many double plays he hit into. Hard hit balls are very impressive indeed but would it hurt to have a few guys on the team who don’t strike a quarter of the time and have a little speed in their step. If we remain a station to station team that fills the box scores with strike outs and double play outs I don't see us making it very far in the post season anytime soon.
