Só comem mato, e arroz puro. Até quando ficam doentes fazem arroz muito mole e comem. Qual proteína tem isso? Cálcio, ferro deveriam comer feijão, e carnes cozidas, quando comem e crua as carnes. Fora isso só macarrão instantâneo, aqui pra nós, é muito difícil, é como um lanche, e não como refeições. As mulheres daí, são magras, desnutridas, e tão sempre desmaiando. A culinária daí é mto fraca.
