I did this on a fixer-upper house. Along with cabinet painting wall beadboard new lighting new sink...got 12 offers on house in less then a week. Really is a solution for a old house and very little money. It looked beautiful. I cant say how it held up. I would have wanted a super thick finish. Looked too pretty to mess up.

Hi there... just did my boats Galley in chocolate brown... all done tonight except for the epoxy part my instructions say for 2 coats>?? Why only one here?

Giani - we are going to purchase this set, the white diamond one. But the cabinets are "greige" (Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter). We want to add a little bit of that paint to the countertops to tie it together. Can we do that, or do you have a color very similar to that that we can purchase Ala carte?

If you wanted more gray would you just use more of the gray? My cabinets are gray.

Hey Carolyn! Yes, you can use more of any of the mineral colors. You might have to purchase an extra can when you order your kit if you want a lot of extra gray, but I bet that what comes in the kit will be fine since people usually add more white than gray. But that's not a problem, we have an A la Carte section on the website for additional, stand alone purchases. If you do go that route, I would definitely practice the look with the amount of gray you'd like. That'll give you a really good idea of how it will look finished. If that suits you, then go for it. But definitely practice. If it's not gray enough, check out the Giani Granite Slate Kit. That might be just what you're looking for, but the White Diamond looks soooo good with gray cabinets. Fabric for primer sponge for clear coat. Just like the video shows
