Goddamnit...I thought I had heard all of Dan's worst takes...but this Peace Walker erasure is beyond the pale. Grubb is right, not calling Peace Walker MGSV was 100% a marketing thing. It is massively important to the overarching narrative and, until MGSV, was the best entry in the series. All the fulton stuff, soldier recruiting, and base building stuff in V is lifted straight out of Peace Walker. Your Metal Gear fan card is hereby revoked until further notice.
