Wow what an awesome hunt. Well done. I wish I started younger doing this, started at 50 years old and now 52 and have just one spiker ,one hind and a cracker 11 pointer stag so far. Such a grea country we have and now starting to really get out there to enjoy it. Keep up the great work filming.makes us more determined to get out there ourselves to do what you are doing.

As much as I enjoyed this video a question begs. You took that stag an awful long way from your base camp, through quite rugged terrain. Terrain that you humped with a full pack. Not a lot of room to haul meat back by the looks of it. Please tell me you're not one of those guys that goes and shoots an animal just for the antlers. Because it would be pretty on the nose to wax lyrical about the animals being a precious resource at the end if that was the case.
